Inner Frontier Terms & Conditions

1. Commitment
This is a 12-month program. By enrolling, you commit to showing up with openness, consistency, and respect for yourself and the community.

2. Payment

  • Payment is due in full at enrollment unless we’ve agreed on a payment plan in writing.

  • Payment plans must be kept up to date. Late or missed payments may result in suspension or removal from the program.

  • You are responsible for the full tuition, even if you choose not to complete the program.

  • All payments are final and non-transferable.

3. Refunds
There are no refunds for any reason, including changes in your schedule, level of participation, or satisfaction with the program. In rare and extraordinary circumstances (serious illness, major life crisis), a deferral or partial refund may be offered at the sole discretion of Patrick Paul Garlinger, LLC d/b/a Endless Awakening (hereinafter “Patrick”).

4. Confidentiality & Community

  • What’s shared in the group stays in the group. Respect the privacy of all members.

  • Breaches of confidentiality may result in immediate removal without refund.

  • All program materials are for your personal use only. Please don’t share or distribute them without permission.

  • Treat every member with respect and kindness. No promotions, solicitations, or disruptive behavior.

5. Intellectual Property
All teachings, recordings, and written materials are owned by Patrick. You may use them for your own learning but may not copy, share, or repurpose them.

6. Responsibility & Limits

  • Inner Frontier is an educational and coaching program. It is not therapy, medical treatment, or professional advice.

  • You are responsible for your own choices, well-being, and results.

  • Any intuitive or spiritual guidance is offered for personal growth and is not a substitute for professional services. Any psychic guidance or predictions are considered “entertainment” under New York State law.

  • You waive all claims against Patrick, his agents and successors, arising out of your participation in Inner Frontier.

7. Ending Participation

  • Patrick may end your membership if you violate these agreements or disrupt the community. No refunds will be given.

  • You may leave the program at any time, but all payments remain due and you remain bound by confidentiality.

8. Resolving Disputes
If concerns arise, bring them directly to Patrick first. If we can’t resolve them, any disputes will be settled by binding arbitration in New York State.

9. Tech Requirements and Access
You are responsible for maintaining internet access and technology to participate. Your access ends when your 12-month program concludes.

10. Changes
Patrick may update these terms as needed, with notice. By continuing in the program, you agree to any updates.

11. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of New York State.
